Clarification Text on Protection and Processing of Personal Data

This Personal Data Clarification Text is within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Sarphan Finance Center C Block No:37 Ümraniye/Istanbul located at FURKAN SEN (ARTPOİNT ARCHITECTURE) (the “Company” or “FURKAN SEN (ARTPOİNT ARCHITECTURE)“) (the “Data Controller”); it has been prepared to inform natural persons (“Data Subject”) about the collection, processing, transfer, protection, storage and destruction processes, forms and purposes of their personal data and their rights under the LPPD.

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of data, to demand the compensation of this damage.

However, Article 28/2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Pursuant to the provision of the article; In the following cases, you cannot use your rights listed above, except for your right to demand compensation for the damage:

  • Processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or criminal investigation.
  • Processing of personal data made public by the data subject himself/herself.
  • Personal data processing is necessary for the execution of supervisory or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by the authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions based on the authority granted by law.
  • Processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the State in relation to budgetary, tax and fiscal matters.

You can send it to our address. Your requests sent via the form will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested from the applicant.
